1. Damages Your Liver

If you’re only taking a fair amount of Cinnamon, your saliva may be able to keep the Cinnamaldehyde from touching your mouth.

If you’re going to take Cassia, the maximum amount of Cassia you should take should be lower than 1 teaspoon. Any amount beyond that could seriously kill your liver and kidney. 

For Ceylon, it depends on your goal of taking the Ceylon. If your goal is to lower your blood sugar, you consume at least consume 6 grams (1 teaspoon) of Ceylon. However, it’s best if you have the advice of your doctor with regard to this matter.
